Our 2-Station Monoblock Directional Control Valves provide independent control of two hydraulic functions from a single, compact valve body. Also referred to as 2-spool or 2-section monoblock valves, these valves integrate two directional control sections into a one-piece housing rather than using individually assembled sectional valve components. This compact construction simplifies installation and plumbing, reduces potential external leak points, and offers a durable, cost-effective solution for operating two hydraulic cylinders, motors, or other actuators. Available in multiple flow ratings, port sizes, spool configurations, and operating options, 2-station monoblock hydraulic valves are commonly used on agricultural equipment, construction machinery, trailers, material-handling equipment, hydraulic power units, and other mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.
When selecting a 2-station hydraulic monoblock valve, first confirm that two independently controlled hydraulic functions are required, then match the valve's flow capacity, pressure rating, port configuration, spool function, and center condition to the hydraulic system. Warning: Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and can cause serious injury. Never exceed manufacturer pressure or flow ratings. Verify valve specifications and circuit compatibility before installation, and fully depressurize and secure the hydraulic system before installation, adjustment, maintenance, or repair.
