Description

The Youli YLMB32003 MB-3 Inlet Relief Cartridge (DG-3, Code 3) is a direct-acting adjustable pressure relief valve designed for the inlet section of Youli MB-3 Monoblock Directional Control Valves. The relief cartridge provides system overpressure protection by opening to relieve hydraulic pressure when the preset pressure is reached. It has an adjustable relief range of 900 to 2,900 PSI (63 to 200 bar) and is factory set at 1,750 PSI (120 bar), allowing the relief pressure to be adjusted as required for compatible hydraulic systems and equipment.

Warning: Relief pressure must be set according to the requirements and maximum working pressure of the complete hydraulic system. Never adjust the YLMB32003 above the pressure rating of the valve, hoses, fittings, actuators, or other system components. An incorrect relief setting can cause equipment damage, unexpected movement, component failure, or serious injury. Relief valve adjustment and service should be performed by qualified personnel using appropriate pressure-testing equipment, and the hydraulic system must be fully depressurized before installation, removal, or service.
