We love to make fluid power easy! OneHydraulics, Inc. offers $10 flat rate shipping on all orders placed online at OneHydraulics.com. This flat rate shipping is for standard ground speed shipping and only applies to the contiguous (lower 48) United States of America.
Items going to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping charges, and our shopping cart does not calculate those charges. In those cases, you will be contacted by a OneHydraulics team member for additional payment instructions.
All shipments are FOB shipping point. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Please review our shipping policy for details.
Yes! OneHydraulics.com is happy to ship items UPS Red or Blue, or even via your preferred carriers, upon request. During checkout, please leave your UPS account number in the shipping notes and we’ll make sure your order ships quickly on your account.
If you do not have a UPS account, we can still ship your order UPS Red or Blue, but we will require additional payment information after your order is placed to do so.
Some items that show to be available to ship in 1-day are in OneHydraulics, Inc. stock located in Houston, TX. All orders in OneHydraulics’ stock received before 3:00pm CST will be shipped same-day. If you have a special circumstance and need us to ship an item after 3:00pm, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate this request.
Those items not in our stock may ship direct to you from one of our many vendor partners. All items shipping from our vendors are shipping from factories based in the USA or Canada, not the Country of Manufacture listed online. Shipping speeds may vary, but we will send a confirmation of an expected ship date as soon as that becomes available.
Any item not shown to be in stock may have a lead time that is beyond our control. We do our best to update the standard lead times shown on OneHydraulics.com regularly, but if your project is time sensitive, please give us a call prior to placing your online order so we can verify the lead time with more accuracy based on current production schedules.
Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. Heavy freight shipments over 50lbs are shipped via an LTL carrier of our choice. We are happy to ship via FedEx, DHL, or any other carriers at the Customer's Request, on the Customer's account.
Yes, our $10 flat rate shipping applies to heavy freight shipments, too!
Generally, items individual or combined weighing over 50lbs are too large to be shipped safely by UPS and may be sent by LTL truck. Shipping method and carrier selection shall be the sole discretion of OneHydraulics, Inc., unless the customer wishes to have us ship their item Collect on their account.
Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES OR DELIVERIES REQUIRING LIFT GATE OR OTHER SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Yes! OneHydraulics.com is happy to ship orders internationally. However, our flat rate shipping does not apply on International Orders, and you will be contacted by a OneHydraulics team member upon placement of an international order to coordinate shipping and payment instructions.
Any International taxes or customs fees will be collected by UPS, or in the case of freight shipments, by your customs broker. OneHydraulics is not responsible for any additional fees related to international shipping, including special packaging requirements. We will not ship to countries under sanctions by the United States government.
At OneHydraulics, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction on every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Items purchased on OneHydraulics.com with inventory from our Houston location can be returned within 30 days from the date it was shipped. All returns to OneHydraulics stock may be subject to restocking fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. Any item custom manufactured for a customer’s application, including winches and other made-to-order products, may be non-cancellable and non-returnable. OneHydraulics will not accept returns on those items for any reason.
Before returning any products, please verify with OneHydraulics if a restock fee is required for the product return. All items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been used or purchased from another company. If a return is required as a result of an error made by OneHydraulics (e.g., shipping an incorrect item, etc.), the abovementioned fees may not apply. Please contact your sales person or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix any errors relating to your order immediately.

Warranties may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Most of our manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty for any manufacturing defects related to their products, and we pass that warranty along to our customers.
Please note that one of the most common causes for product failure is oil or air contamination, and warranties will NOT apply to products damaged due to improper maintenance of your fluid media. Keep it clean! If you need help keeping your system clean, please ask. We'd be happy to help.

YES. OneHydraulics takes order security very seriously. Our web store utilizes a secure third-party platform to accept payments via credit card through our website. Your data is encrypted so no one in our company will ever see your credit card information. Our platform supplier also offers a sophisticated and robust fraud protection program, so you can rest easy knowing your data is safe.
There are some instances when our web platform may identify your order as potentially fraudulent. This typically happens when our platform's algorithms show that a billing and ship to address don't match, there's an issue with your IP address, or other such issues. In these cases, you will be contacted by OneHydraulics and we will require you to fill out and sign a credit card authorization form prior to placing your order. If you do not respond or fill out this form within one week, we will automatically cancel your order and refund your card.
Nope! You can place an order as a guest or set up an account, whichever you'd prefer. Setting up an account will allow you the benefit to review your purchase history, and monitor your orders more easily. We will NOT enlist you in our newsletter without your permission.

No way. The price you see online is the price you'll pay. We've already taken into account all the extra fees, so you don't have to.
If your order will ship same-day from our facility in Houston, you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information, and a link to track your order.
If your order is drop-shipping from one of our manufacturers' facilities, we will provide you with a confirmed ship date the moment the manufacturer confirms that date to us. We also monitor all outbound shipments from our vendors, so the moment we receive tracking information we will be sending that to you through an automated email.
Please keep in mind that some of our suppliers are on the West Coast, so they may not post tracking until later in the evening. Just because you don't have tracking yet doesn't necessarily mean your item hasn't shipped!
