Description

The Youli YLMB33002 MB-3 Spool, Code 2 is a double-acting, 3-position hydraulic spool designed for use with Youli MB-3 Monoblock Directional Control Valves. In the neutral position, the A and B work ports are open to tank, allowing both sides of the connected actuator circuit to return to tank when the spool is centered. When shifted to either operating position, the spool directs hydraulic flow to operate a double-acting function in either direction. This spool configuration is commonly selected for hydraulic circuits that require the work ports to be unloaded to tank in neutral.

Warning: YLMB33002 is a replacement/configuration spool and must be matched to a compatible Youli MB-3 valve and the requirements of the hydraulic circuit. Because both A and B are connected to tank in neutral, this spool does not hydraulically lock an actuator in position when centered; loads may move, drift, or lower depending on the application and other components in the circuit. Always verify the required spool function, load-holding requirements, pressure and flow ratings, and overall hydraulic circuit before installation. Fully depressurize and secure the hydraulic system and any supported loads before installation, removal, adjustment, or service.
