Description
The Youli MB-3/2S-3/18L/E-8 Monoblock Directional Control Valve is a compact, two-section hydraulic control valve designed for mobile and industrial hydraulic applications requiring reliable manual control of two double-acting functions. This open-center valve features A and B work ports blocked in neutral, manual lever operation, and SAE #8 ports for straightforward integration into common North American hydraulic systems. The Youli MB-3 Series is rated for 12 GPM (45 L/min) nominal flow and up to 4,600 PSI (315 bar) maximum operating pressure, providing a durable, efficient solution for controlling hydraulic cylinders and other double-acting actuators.
A monoblock directional control valve houses multiple valve sections within a single, one-piece valve body rather than assembling individual modular sections together. This compact construction reduces overall size, minimizes potential external leak points, and provides a cost-effective, straightforward solution when the required hydraulic functions are known. Youli MB-3 monoblock valves are designed for low pressure drop, high efficiency, long service life, and compact installation, making them well suited for hydraulic power units, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, trailers, material-handling equipment, and other mobile or industrial hydraulic systems. Warning: Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and can cause serious injury. Verify system pressure, flow, port configuration, fluid compatibility, and circuit requirements before installation. Never exceed the manufacturer's published ratings. Installation, adjustment, and service should be performed by qualified personnel with the hydraulic system fully depressurized. Specifications are subject to manufacturer change without notice.
