Description
The Youli YLMB5COPE MB-5 Closed Center/Power Beyond Conversion Sleeve is designed for use with Youli MB-5 Monoblock Directional Control Valves to convert the valve's outlet configuration for closed-center or power-beyond hydraulic circuits. Installed in the MB-5 carry-over circuit, this conversion sleeve allows the valve to be configured for applications where hydraulic flow must be directed according to the requirements of a closed-center system or carried downstream to an additional hydraulic valve. It provides a simple way to adapt a compatible MB-5 monoblock valve to different hydraulic circuit requirements without replacing the complete directional control valve.
The YLMB5COPE power beyond/closed center sleeve is intended specifically for compatible Youli MB-5 monoblock valves and should be selected and installed according to the required hydraulic circuit. Warning: Closed-center and power-beyond systems have different plumbing and operating requirements from standard open-center systems. Incorrect installation or connection of the pressure, tank, or carry-over ports can cause excessive pressure, component damage, unintended equipment movement, or serious injury. Verify the complete hydraulic schematic, valve configuration, system pressure and flow requirements before installation. Never exceed the valve manufacturer's ratings, and fully depressurize and secure the hydraulic system before installation, removal, adjustment, or service.
