Description

The Youli YLMB32100 Relief Valve Blanking Plug (Code SV) is designed for Youli MB-3 Monoblock Directional Control Valves when an integral inlet pressure relief valve is not required. Installed in the MB-3 inlet relief cavity in place of a DG direct-acting or XDG pilot-operated relief valve, the SV blanking plug closes the relief valve cavity and allows the MB-3 valve to be used in hydraulic systems where pressure relief is provided elsewhere in the circuit. The Youli MB-3 is rated for nominal flow up to 45 L/min (12 GPM) and maximum operating pressure up to 315 bar (4,600 PSI).

Warning: The YLMB32100 is a blanking plug and does not provide pressure relief or overpressure protection. Use only in hydraulic systems equipped with an appropriately sized and properly adjusted pressure relief device elsewhere in the circuit. Operating a hydraulic system without adequate pressure protection can cause excessive system pressure, hose or component failure, equipment damage, serious injury, or death. Always verify the hydraulic circuit and system requirements before replacing a relief valve with a blanking plug, never exceed the manufacturer's pressure and flow ratings, and completely depressurize the hydraulic system before installation or service.
