The Deltrol Fluid Products DRV-080 Direct-Acting, Adjustable, Poppet Relief Valve is a precise valve designed to manage hydraulic pressure and protect your system from overpressure. This valve prevents flow from port 1 to port 2 until the preset pressure is reached, at which point the poppet opens to allow flow and maintain safe pressure levels. Featuring rapid response to pressure changes and a hardened poppet for durability, it ensures reliable operation and long service life. The valve offers quiet performance and can be adjusted or locked in place, with options for tamper-resistant adjustments. Suitable for pressures up to 3000 psi and operating temperatures from -30°F to +250°F, it is ideal for various industrial applications.
The DRV2-080 prevents flow from ➀ to ➁ until the set crack pressure at ➀ is achieved.
The poppet then unseats allowing flow from ➀ to ➁ protecting the circuit from over pressurization.
