Shop Deltrol DPOD-100 Pilot Actuated Cartridge Valves
The Deltrol Fluid Products DPOD-100-3 is a pilot-operated, three-way, two-position cartridge valve designed to control fluid flow with precision. When no pilot signal is applied to port 1, the valve blocks flow between ports 2 and 3, allowing flow between ports 3 and 4. Applying a pilot signal to port 1 shifts the valve to direct flow from port 3 to port 2 while blocking port 4. The spool returns to its original position when the pilot signal is removed, aided by a bias spring. This valve features a hardened spool and sleeve for extended durability and is suitable for high-pressure applications up to 3000 PSI, with a flow rate of 10 GPM. Its robust design ensures reliable operation in demanding conditions.
With no pilot signal at port ➀, port ➁ is blocked and flow is allowed between port ➂ and ➃. With the required pilot signal applied at port ➀, the valve shifts to allow flow between ports ➂ and ➁ while blocking flow at port ➃. The bias spring which is common to port ➃ returns the spool to its original position when the pilot signal is removed. Pressure at port ➃ must be considered when determining the required pressure to shift.
