Shop Deltrol DNV-100 Flow Control Needle Adjustable Cartridge Valves for C-10-2 Cavity
The Deltrol Fluid Products DNV-100 Adjustable Flow Control Needle Valve is a precision cartridge valve that offers adjustable flow restriction and positive shut-off. By turning the needle in or out, you can fine-tune the flow rate in either direction, and it will completely close off when needed. This valve, designed with a hardened seat for durability and low leakage, handles up to 12 gpm flow and operates at a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. It features an aluminum knob and disc nut for easy adjustments, with the option to lock the setting in place. Ideal for mineral-based fluids, it functions effectively within a temperature range of -30°F to +250°F.
The DNV-100 varies flow restriction by adjusting needle in or out and will shut off when fully closed. This valve will meter flow in either direction.
