Shop Deltrol DDRV-100 Differential Area Pressure Relieving Cartridge Valves
The Deltrol Fluid Products DDRV-100 Direct-Acting, Differential Area, Adjustable, Poppet Relief Valve is a robust, adjustable valve designed to control pressure in hydraulic systems. It blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until a preset pressure is reached, then opens to allow flow and protect the system from overpressure. The valve offers rapid response, minimal pressure rise, and durability with a hardened poppet and seat. It features options for tamper-resistant adjustments and operates reliably at pressures up to 3600 PSI with a maximum flow rate of 20 GPM. Constructed from anodized aluminum, it performs effectively across a wide temperature range.
The DDRV-100 prevents flow from ➁ to ➀ until the set crack pressure at ➁ is achieved.
The poppet then unseats allowing flow from ➁ to ➀ protecting the circuit from over pressurization.
