The miniBOOSTER HC4-B hydraulic intensifier, also called a hydraulic pressure booster, is a compact, high-flow inline unit that converts an existing low-pressure hydraulic supply into higher outlet pressure. The HC4-B is the B-model configuration with an integrated dump valve, allowing the high-pressure side to be relieved through the booster. When return port R is pressurized and inlet port IN is open to tank, pilot pressure opens the dump valve (DV), allowing fluid from high-pressure port H to return to tank. The HC4 family offers 11 intensification ratios from 1.3:1 to 9.8:1, accepts inlet pressures from 20 to 207 bar (290 to 3,000 psi), and produces outlet pressures up to 800 bar (11,600 psi), with intensified flow up to 17.4 L/min (4.6 GPM), depending on the selected ratio. Applications include hydraulic presses, large cylinders, workholding and clamping systems, machine tools, pressure-testing equipment, bolt tensioning and industrial automation requiring higher pressure with increased flow capacity.
