The OneXtreme High Pressure Straight Male NPT Nipples are precision-engineered fittings designed to connect female NPT (National Pipe Taper) ports in demanding hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial applications. Available in styles including hex nipples and round nipples, these fittings feature tapered threads for a secure, leak-resistant seal and are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance in applications up to 15,000 psi (1034 bar), depending on size and operating conditions. Warning: NPT threads require the use of high-quality PTFE tape or thread sealant, and improper installation, over-tightening, or repeated assembly can compromise sealing performance and lead to leaks or system failure.
