The OneXtreme High Pressure Straight Male NPT Long Nipples are precision-engineered threaded fittings designed to extend and connect female NPT (National Pipe Taper) ports in demanding hydraulic, fluid power, chemical injection, and industrial applications. Featuring tapered NPT threads that create a secure, leak-resistant seal through thread interference as the connection is tightened, these long nipples are ideal for applications requiring additional reach or spacing between components.
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, OneXtreme high pressure NPT long nipples provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments, with working pressures up to 15,000 psi (1034 bar) and temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), depending on thread size and application conditions. All fittings are available in special materials upon request to meet specific environmental or performance requirements.
Warning: NPT threads require the use of high-quality PTFE tape and/or thread sealant, and improper installation, over-tightening, repeated assembly, or inadequate thread engagement can compromise sealing integrity and result in leaks or system failure.
