The Alfagomma One-Piece AlfaCrimp D-C616 Fitting is a 60-degree, carbon steel fitting designed to connect wire-braided hoses and 4-wire spiral hoses to an O-ring flange with SAE J518 Code 61 specifications. This fitting features a non-skive crimp design, which means there’s no need to remove or prepare any part of the hose before installation, making the process more efficient. A crimp fitting works by securely compressing the hose onto the fitting, creating a strong, leak-proof connection. Braided hoses are flexible hydraulic hoses reinforced with layers of steel wire, providing high strength and resistance to pressure. The O-ring flange ensures a reliable, durable connection, making this fitting ideal for high-pressure fluid systems and applications using Alfabiotech 3000 hoses (1 ¼" ID to 2" ID) and Alfabiotech 4000 hoses (³⁄₈" ID to 1 ¼" ID), ensuring long-lasting, secure connections in demanding environments.
