This fitting uses a non-skive crimp design, meaning there's no need to remove or prepare any part of the hose before installation, making the process quicker and more efficient. A crimp fitting works by securely compressing the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a strong, leak-proof seal. It is suitable for hoses above 1" ID, such as Alfabiotech 3000 hoses (1 ¼" ID to 2" ID) and Alfabiotech 4000 hoses (³⁄₈" ID to 1 ¼" ID).
