The Alfagomma A-FO9M Two-Piece Fittings are 90-degree, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, including a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a secure and leak-proof seal. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate components—the ferrule and the fitting body—offering flexibility during installation and making replacement easier, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for faster installation but with less flexibility. The A-FO9M fitting features a 90° ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) female swivel connection with a medium drop, making it ideal for high-pressure fluid systems.
