Shop 3000psi Hi Flow Bladder Accumulators
A bladder accumulator is a device in hydraulic systems that stores energy by holding pressurized hydraulic fluid, rated up to 3000 psi with larger ports for higher flow. It uses a flexible bladder filled with gas, like nitrogen, to separate the fluid from the gas. When the system needs extra fluid, the gas compresses, and the stored fluid is released to maintain pressure and keep everything running smoothly. Bladder accumulators are commonly used to absorb shocks, provide backup power, and stabilize pressure. Never use air or oxygen to fill the gas side, as it can be dangerous—always use nitrogen. Regular maintenance and proper pre-charge are essential for safe operation.
