Shop High Pressure Adapters, Male HP x Female HP
The High Pressure Male to High Pressure Female OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered fittings designed to connect male and female coned-and-threaded high pressure components in demanding fluid power, chemical injection, and test system applications. These adapters utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal, delivering reliable performance at working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, they provide exceptional strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion protection for use in harsh and high-cycle environments. OneXtreme high pressure adapters are machined for consistent sealing integrity and dimensional accuracy, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application or environmental requirements.
NOTE: Proper assembly, torque, and cone/thread compatibility are critical. Using mismatched components, damaged sealing surfaces, or exceeding rated pressure limits can result in leaks or catastrophic failure.
