The Alfagomma One-Piece AlfaCrimp D-C61S Fitting is a straight, carbon steel fitting designed to connect wire-braided hoses and 4-wire spiral hoses to an O-ring flange with SAE J518 Code 61 straight specifications. This fitting uses a non-skive crimp design, meaning there’s no need to remove or prep any part of the hose before installation, streamlining the process. A crimp fitting works by securely compressing the hose onto the fitting, creating a strong, leak-proof seal. Braided hoses are flexible hydraulic hoses reinforced with layers of steel wire, providing added strength and resistance to high-pressure environments. The O-ring flange ensures a reliable and durable connection, making this fitting ideal for high-pressure fluid systems and applications using Alfabiotech 3000 hoses (1 ¼" ID to 2" ID) and Alfabiotech 4000 hoses (³⁄₈" ID to 1 ¼" ID), providing secure, long-lasting connections.
