Description

The Youli YLMB52004 MB-5 Inlet Relief Cartridge, AG-4 (Code 4) is a direct-acting adjustable pressure relief valve designed for the inlet section of Youli MB-5 Monoblock Directional Control Valves. This hydraulic relief cartridge protects the system from excessive pressure by opening when pressure reaches the selected relief setting. The YLMB52004 offers an adjustable pressure range of 2,900 to 4,600 PSI (200 to 315 bar) and is factory set at 3,200 PSI (220 bar), making it suitable for higher-pressure MB-5 hydraulic applications that require adjustable inlet pressure protection.

Warning: Relief pressure must be set according to the maximum allowable working pressure of the complete hydraulic system. 4,600 PSI is the upper limit of both this relief cartridge's adjustment range and the MB-5 valve's published maximum operating pressure; it should not automatically be used as the relief setting. Never set the relief pressure above the rating of the valve, hoses, fittings, actuators, or other system components. Incorrect adjustment can result in equipment damage, component failure, unexpected movement, or serious injury. Relief valve adjustment should be performed by qualified personnel using appropriate pressure-testing equipment, and the hydraulic system must be fully depressurized before installation, removal, or service.
