The Medium Pressure Male to Type M Male OneXtreme Adapters are high-performance conversion fittings designed to connect medium pressure coned-and-threaded systems to Type M (Reverse High Pressure) connections in demanding hydraulic, chemical injection, and high-pressure applications. The medium pressure side is commonly used in systems up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar), while the Type M side is engineered for use with Type M swivel hose end fittings and seals via a 58-degree cone for reliable performance in ultra-high-pressure environments up to 50,000 psi (3447 bar). Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating conditions, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two different pressure classes and connection types, overall system performance must always be based on the lower-rated side and associated components. NOTE: Proper thread identification, cone angle compatibility, and installation practices are critical. Mismatched components, damaged sealing surfaces, or exceeding system limits can result in leaks or catastrophic failure.
