The High Pressure Male to High Pressure Male OneXtreme Adapters are ultra-high-pressure fittings designed to connect two female coned-and-threaded components in critical fluid power, chemical injection, and high-pressure test systems. These adapters utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a secure metal-to-metal seal, ensuring reliable performance in applications with working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, they provide exceptional strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion protection in harsh operating environments. OneXtreme adapters are precision machined for consistent sealing integrity and dimensional accuracy, with special materials available upon request to meet unique application requirements.
