Description

The JIC Female to Type M Male OneXtreme Adapters are high-performance conversion fittings designed to connect JIC 37-degree flare systems to Type M (Reverse High Pressure) connections in demanding hydraulic and fluid power applications. The JIC side utilizes a 37-degree cone seat to create a reliable metal-to-metal seal commonly used in industrial and mobile equipment, while the Type M side is engineered for use with Type M swivel hose end fittings and seals via a 58-degree cone for secure performance in ultra-high-pressure environments.

Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh conditions such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and high-pressure test systems, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two different connection types, overall pressure capability is limited by the lower-rated side of the assembly, and system design should always account for this.

NOTE: Proper thread identification, cone angle compatibility, and installation practices are critical. Mismatched connections, over-tightening, or damaged sealing surfaces can lead to leaks or catastrophic failure. Always verify component compatibility and system requirements before use.
