Description
The JIC Female to JIC Female OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered fittings designed to connect two JIC 37° male flare components in hydraulic and fluid power systems requiring reliable, leak-free performance. JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings utilize a 37-degree cone seat to create a metal-to-metal seal, eliminating the need for additional sealing compounds and providing consistent performance in high-pressure applications up to 15,000 psi (689 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in demanding environments such as industrial, mobile equipment, and chemical processing systems. OneXtreme JIC adapters are machined for precise fit and repeatable sealing integrity, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements.
