Description
The JIC Male to Type M Male OneXtreme Adapters are high-performance conversion fittings designed to connect JIC 37° flare systems to Type M (Reverse High Pressure) connections in demanding hydraulic and fluid power applications. The JIC side features a 37-degree cone seat that creates a reliable metal-to-metal seal commonly used in industrial and mobile equipment, while the Type M side is engineered for use with Type M swivel hose end fittings and seals via a 58-degree cone for secure performance in ultra-high-pressure environments.
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters deliver exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh conditions such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and high-pressure test systems, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two different connection types, the overall pressure capability of the assembly is limited by the lower-rated connection and system components.
