JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings utilize a 37-degree cone seat to create a reliable metal-to-metal seal without the need for additional sealing compounds, making them ideal for applications with working pressures up to 15,000 psi (689 bar). Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters deliver exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in demanding environments such as industrial equipment, mobile hydraulics, and chemical processing systems. OneXtreme JIC adapters are machined for precise fit and repeatable sealing integrity, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application or environmental requirements.
