Description

The High Pressure Female to High Pressure Female OneXtreme Adapters are ultra-high-pressure fittings designed to connect two coned-and-threaded high pressure components in critical fluid power and instrumentation systems. These adapters utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a reliable metal-to-metal seal capable of handling working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar), making them ideal for applications such as oil and gas, chemical injection, test systems, and high-pressure hydraulics.

Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these fittings deliver exceptional strength, fatigue resistance, and corrosion protection in harsh environments. OneXtreme high pressure adapters are precision machined for consistent sealing performance and are available in special materials upon request to meet unique application requirements.
