Description
The Medium Pressure Female to Medium Pressure Female OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered fittings designed to connect two medium pressure coned-and-threaded components in hydraulic, chemical injection, and fluid power systems requiring reliable, leak-free performance. These adapters utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a secure metal-to-metal seal, commonly used in applications with working pressures up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, they provide excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in demanding and high-cycle environments. OneXtreme medium pressure adapters are machined for consistent sealing integrity and dimensional accuracy, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application or environmental requirements.
