Description
The Alfagomma TR4XF Series Extra Flexible SAE 100R4 Oil Return Hose is designed for low-pressure return and suction lines that require superior flexibility, making it ideal for applications with tight bend radius requirements, such as oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel transfer systems. It is compatible with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, water-glycol, fire-resistant fluids, oil, lubricants, crude oil, and water. The hose features a black, conductive NBR tube and is reinforced with textile and four spiral wire helixes to prevent collapsing under suction. Its black CR cover provides exceptional resistance to oil, fuel, weather, ozone, and abrasion. With a service temperature range of -40°F (-40°C) to +212°F (+100°C), and a maximum operating temperature of +257°F (+125°C), the TR4XF hose ensures long-lasting, reliable performance even in demanding environments. However, prolonged operation above +212°F (+100°C) may shorten the hose’s lifespan. This hose meets or exceeds SAE 100R4 standards, providing a highly durable and flexible solution for a range of industrial fluid transfer needs.
