Description
The Alfagomma TF2MT Series Double Compact Wire Hydraulic Hose is designed for high-pressure applications that require tight bends, offering excellent performance with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, water/glycol, fire-resistant fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricants, and fuel oils. With two high-tensile steel wire braids reinforced by a synthetic rubber layer, this hose is highly durable and excels in impulse testing, exceeding 1,000,000 cycles when used with compatible ALFAGOMMA couplings. The hose features a synthetic rubber tube that is resistant to weather, oil, fuel, ozone, and abrasion, making it ideal for demanding environments. It operates within a temperature range of -40°F (-40°C) to +212°F (+100°C) for constant service, with a maximum operating temperature of +257°F (+125°C). For air or gas applications above 250 PSI, the cover should be pin-pricked to prevent damage. This hose meets or exceeds EN 857 2SC and SAE 100 R16 standards, providing superior flame resistance and reliability in various hydraulic and industrial applications.
