Description
Our Superlok Series SU-M metric tube unions, made from premium 316 stainless steel, are designed for creating secure, leak-tight connections between two pieces of tubing in hydraulic systems. Commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, and semiconductor manufacturing, these unions consist of a nut, front ferrule, and back ferrule at both ends. To ensure a leak-free connection, the tubing is properly cut, deburred, and inserted into the fitting, and the nut is tightened 1 and ¼ turns from finger-tight. These unions are widely recognized as “couplings” in various regions and offer exceptional durability and reliability, making them ideal for high-pressure systems in demanding environments.
