Super Swivels Female Pipe (NPTF) x Female Pipe (NPTF) inline hydraulic swivels provide a compact, straight-through rotating connection between two male NPTF hose ends, fittings, or pipe-threaded components. Their one-piece barrel-and-stem construction and integrated ball-bearing race allow connected lines to move with minimal rotational friction while withstanding heavy side loads. This live swivel action helps reduce hose twisting, kinking, premature seal wear, leaks, system shock, and downtime. Unlike a standard hydraulic adapter—which creates a fixed, non-rotating connection between ports, thread sizes, or fitting styles—a hydraulic swivel is engineered for repeated movement during operation. Its direct-to-hose design can also eliminate extra adapters, reducing connection points, installation space, and overall system cost.

Female NPTF x Female NPTF inline swivels are available in sizes from 1/8" through 2-1/2", with model-specific maximum working pressures from 2,500 to 5,000 PSIG and multiple plating and seal options. Always confirm the selected part number’s thread size, pressure rating, seal material, fluid compatibility, and operating temperature. Do not exceed the rated pressure, and fully depressurize the system before installation or service. A flexible connector is required at one end; Super Swivels are not recommended for breathing air, oxygen, or steam service. The installer is responsible for determining California Proposition 65 compliance.
