Description
The Youli MB-5/1S-3/18L/E-12-10-12 Monoblock Directional Control Valve is a 1-section, 1-spool hydraulic valve designed to control one double-acting hydraulic function in mobile and industrial applications. Rated for 21 GPM nominal flow and up to 4,600 PSI maximum operating pressure, this open-center valve features a double-acting, 3-position spool with A and B work ports blocked in neutral, a spring-centered manual lever that returns the spool to neutral when released, and an AG-3 direct-acting adjustable pressure relief valve with a 1,800–3,600 PSI range, factory set at 2,500 PSI. The E-12-10-12 SAE port configuration provides SAE #12 inlet and outlet ports with SAE #10 A and B work ports. Its one-piece monoblock construction provides a compact, durable solution with simplified installation and fewer potential external leak points than multi-piece sectional valve assemblies.
The MB-5/1S-3/18L/E-12-10-12 1-station monoblock valve is well suited for controlling a single double-acting hydraulic cylinder, motor, or other bidirectional hydraulic function on agricultural equipment, construction machinery, trailers, material-handling equipment, hydraulic power units, and other mobile or industrial hydraulic systems. Warning: Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and can cause serious injury. The 4,600 PSI maximum valve operating pressure is not the relief setting; the installed AG-3 relief is adjustable from 1,800–3,600 PSI and is factory set at 2,500 PSI. Always verify system flow, working pressure, relief setting, port sizes, spool function, fluid compatibility, and circuit requirements before installation. Never exceed the rated pressure of the lowest-rated system component, and fully depressurize and secure the hydraulic system and supported loads before installation, adjustment, maintenance, or repair.
