Description
The Youli MB-3/3S-3/18L/E-8 Monoblock Directional Control Valve is a 3-section, 3-spool hydraulic valve designed to independently control three double-acting hydraulic functions from one compact valve body. Rated for 12 GPM nominal flow and up to 4,600 PSI maximum operating pressure, this open-center valve features three double-acting, 3-position spools with A and B work ports blocked in neutral, spring-centered manual lever handles, SAE #8 ports, and a direct-acting adjustable relief valve with a 900–2,900 PSI adjustment range. The spring-centered levers automatically return their respective spools to neutral when released, while the monoblock construction integrates all three directional control sections into a single housing for compact installation, simplified plumbing, and fewer potential external leak points compared with multi-piece sectional valve assemblies.
The MB-3/3S-3/18L/E-8 3-station monoblock valve is well suited for equipment requiring manual control of three hydraulic cylinders, motors, or other double-acting functions, including agricultural equipment, construction machinery, trailers, material-handling equipment, and hydraulic power units. Warning: Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and can cause serious injury. The 4,600 PSI rating is the valve's maximum operating pressure and should not be confused with the installed relief valve's 900–2,900 PSI adjustment range. Always verify system flow, working pressure, relief setting, port configuration, spool functions, fluid compatibility, and circuit requirements before installation. Never exceed manufacturer specifications, and fully depressurize and secure the hydraulic system before installation, adjustment, maintenance, or repair.
