Description

The Youli MB-3/1S-3/18L/E-8 Monoblock Directional Control Valve is a 1-section, 1-spool hydraulic valve designed to control one double-acting hydraulic function in mobile and industrial applications. Rated for 12 GPM nominal flow and up to 4,600 PSI operating pressure, this valve features a 3-position, double-acting spool with A and B work ports blocked in the neutral position, a direct-acting adjustable relief valve with a 900–2,900 PSI adjustment range, SAE #8 ports, manual lever operation, and an open-center circuit. Its monoblock design integrates the directional valve components into a compact, one-piece body, simplifying installation and plumbing while reducing potential external leak points compared with multi-piece sectional valve assemblies.

The MB-3/1S-3/18L/E-8 is a compact, durable choice for operating a single double-acting hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, or other bidirectional hydraulic function on agricultural equipment, construction machinery, trailers, material-handling equipment, hydraulic power units, and other mobile or industrial hydraulic systems. Warning: Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and can cause serious injury. The 4,600 PSI rating is the valve's maximum operating pressure and should not be confused with the installed relief valve's 900–2,900 PSI adjustment range. Always verify system flow, working pressure, relief setting, port configuration, spool function, fluid compatibility, and circuit requirements before installation. Never exceed manufacturer specifications, and fully depressurize and secure the hydraulic system before installation, adjustment, maintenance, or repair.
