Description

The miniBOOSTER HC6 Hydraulic Intensifier is a compact, high-flow pressure booster designed for hydraulic systems that require substantial flow at elevated pressure. The inline HC6 accepts inlet pressures from 20 to 207 bar (290 to 3,000 psi) and produces outlet pressures up to 800 bar (11,600 psi). Nine available intensification ratios from 1.3:1 to 8.2:1 provide intensified outlet flows up to 28.3 L/min (7.5 GPM), depending on the selected ratio, with inlet flow capacity up to 80 L/min (21.1 GPM). The HC6 automatically stalls when the target pressure is reached and restarts as necessary to compensate for oil consumption or leakage. Available configurations include the HC6-A without a dump valve, HC6-B with an integrated dump valve, and HC6-G with proportional pressure control. With 1/2-inch BSPP ports and a weight of approximately 20.9 lb (9.5 kg), the HC6 is suited for hydraulic presses, workholding and clamping systems, industrial automation, testing equipment, heavy machinery, and other high-pressure applications requiring greater flow capacity.

Warning: Hydraulic intensifiers can generate extremely high and potentially dangerous pressure. Select the intensification ratio according to the maximum available inlet pressure, return-line backpressure, required outlet pressure, and flow demand. Never exceed the HC6’s 800-bar maximum outlet pressure or the working-pressure rating of any hose, fitting, valve, gauge, seal, actuator, manifold, or downstream component. Keep return pressure as low as possible because backpressure reduces effective outlet pressure. Installation and service must be performed by qualified hydraulic personnel with the system shut down, isolated, and completely depressurized. Verify hydraulic-fluid compatibility, connection type, tightening torque, model configuration, flow capacity, and G-model control requirements using the manufacturer’s documentation before ordering or operation.
