Description
These valves are designed as spring-returned, ball-seated valves, ensuring reliable shifting and no leakage in the blocked position. Actuation is achieved through various elements that move the valve against spring force and fluid pressure via an elbow lever on a pin.
Key features include:
Strainer Insert: Prevents coarse contamination from entering through the inlet port.
Fluid Ducts: End in holes with O-ring seals at the bottom surface of the valve body.
Connection Options: Pipes can be connected via customer-furnished blocks or sub-plates (individual sub-plates for single valves or valve banks).
Low Actuation Forces: The leverage between the actuation element and the valve ensures smooth operation.
To avoid interaction, many directional control valves come with check valve inserts, return pressure stops, or orifice inserts to limit oil inflow. Valves with sub-plates allow for direct pipe connection and can be equipped with by-pass check valves, pressure limiting valves, or rectifier circuits. These features make Hawe directional control valves essential for reliable, efficient, and contamination-free hydraulic control in various applications.
