Description

The Deltrol Fluid Products DPCV-100-P Motion Control Pilot-to-Open Vented Check Valve is a cartridge valve designed to facilitate free flow in one direction while blocking flow in the reverse direction. It allows flow from port 2 to port 1, but blocks flow from 1 to 2 unless pilot pressure is applied at port 4. When the required pilot pressure is reached, the valve opens, allowing flow between ports 1 and 2. This valve features a vented pilot design that isolates one side of the pilot piston from back pressure, enhancing performance. With a durable hardened poppet and seat, it operates at up to 3000 psi and handles flow rates up to 10 gpm, making it ideal for load-holding and blocking applications.
