Description
The Alfagomma One-Piece AlfaCrimp D-MJIC Fitting is a straight, carbon steel fitting designed to connect wire-braided hoses and 4-wire spiral hoses to a JIC (Joint Industrial Council) male 37° connection. This fitting uses a non-skive crimp design, which means there’s no need to remove or prep any part of the hose before installation, saving time and making the process easier. A crimp fitting works by tightly compressing the hose onto the fitting, creating a strong, leak-proof seal. Braided hoses are flexible hydraulic hoses reinforced with multiple layers of steel wire, providing high strength and resistance to pressure. This fitting is ideal for hoses with an inside diameter (ID) greater than 1" and for specific Alfabiotech 3000 and 4000 hoses, ensuring a reliable and durable connection for high-pressure fluid power systems where secure, leak-free performance is crucial.
