Description
The HAWE CRW-8A Relief Valve is a direct-acting hydraulic cartridge relief valve pilot stage engineered to provide precise pressure control, dependable overpressure protection, and fast response performance in compact hydraulic systems. Designed for demanding mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRW-8A series delivers stable relief functionality in pilot-operated hydraulic circuits where accurate pressure regulation and compact manifold integration are critical. Featuring a T-8A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and flow capacities up to 10 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for pilot circuits, hydraulic manifolds, mobile equipment, industrial machinery, hydraulic power units, and custom pressure control applications. The HAWE CRW-8A series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 1.7 bar up to 420 bar and offers several adjustment configurations including leakproof hex socket screws, stainless steel external metal components, handknobs with lock knobs, panel-mount handknobs, and optional three-wing handknob kits for flexible pressure tuning and system integration. Designed with fast typical response times of approximately 2 ms and low leakage characteristics, the CRW-8A valve series helps improve hydraulic efficiency, pressure stability, and overall system responsiveness in demanding operating environments. Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or hydraulic system integration may result in uncontrolled pressure conditions, hydraulic system failure, equipment damage, serious injury, or death. Always verify system compatibility, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure pressure settings are properly configured for the intended application, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
