The HAWE CRV-24A Relief Valve is a ventable, pilot-operated balanced piston hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered for ultra high-flow hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure control, dependable overpressure protection, and remote venting capability. Designed for demanding mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRV-24A series delivers stable and efficient pressure regulation in large-capacity hydraulic circuits while maintaining fast response characteristics and reliable pilot-operated performance.
Featuring a robust T-24A (24AB-4) cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and exceptionally high flow capacities up to 480 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for large hydraulic power units, heavy mobile equipment, marine hydraulics, industrial presses, steel processing systems, mining equipment, and high-capacity hydraulic manifolds. The HAWE CRV-24A series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 1.7 bar up to 420 bar and offers several adjustment configurations including leakproof hex socket screw adjustment, handknob with lock knob, and optional stainless steel tamper-resistant covers for secure pressure tuning and reliable operation in harsh environments.
