Description

The HAWE CRV-19A Relief Valve is a ventable, balanced piston hydraulic relief cartridge valve engineered for high-flow hydraulic systems requiring stable pressure control, remote venting capability, and dependable overpressure protection. Designed for demanding mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRV-19A series features a balanced piston relief main stage with an integral 8A control cavity, delivering smooth and efficient pressure regulation in high-capacity hydraulic circuits. With operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi) and flow capacities up to 480 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for large hydraulic power units, industrial machinery, mobile equipment, marine hydraulics, heavy-duty manifolds, and cross-port relief applications requiring pilot-operated pressure management and reliable unloading performance. The robust T-19A (19AB-3) cavity design allows flexible integration into custom hydraulic systems, while the ventable configuration provides advanced control functionality for remote pressure unloading and sequence operations. The HAWE CRV-19A series is available with multiple minimum control pressure spring options, including low-pressure and higher pressure-drop configurations, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding hydraulic applications. Designed with fast typical response times of approximately 10 ms and balanced piston construction for stable operation, the CRV-19A valve series helps improve hydraulic efficiency, pressure stability, and overall system reliability. Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or hydraulic system integration may result in uncontrolled pressure conditions, hydraulic system failure, equipment damage, serious injury, or death. When used in cross-port relief circuits, spool leakage should be considered during system design. Always verify system compatibility, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure proper vent and pressure settings, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
