Description
The HAWE CRV-11A Relief Valve is a ventable hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered to provide precise overpressure protection, remote venting capability, and stable pressure control in compact hydraulic systems. Designed for demanding mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRV-11A series delivers dependable relief performance with fast response characteristics, making it ideal for hydraulic circuits requiring controlled unloading, remote pressure venting, or pilot-operated pressure management. Featuring a compact T-11A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and flow capacities up to 60 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for hydraulic manifolds, mobile machinery, industrial equipment, custom hydraulic power units, and cross-port relief applications. The HAWE CRV-11A series includes a dedicated vent port for remote control functionality and is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 1.7 bar up to 420 bar, with optional leakproof hex socket screw adjustment, lockable handknobs, and stainless steel tamper-resistant covers for secure pressure tuning and flexible system integration. Designed with a typical response time of approximately 10 ms and low leakage characteristics, the CRV-11A valve series provides reliable pressure limiting and efficient hydraulic system operation in harsh environments. Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or hydraulic system integration may result in uncontrolled pressure conditions, equipment damage, hydraulic failure, serious injury, or death. When used in cross-port relief applications, double back-up rings are required, and spool leakage should be considered during system design. Always verify system compatibility, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure proper vent and pressure settings, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
