The HAWE CRQ-18A Relief Valve is a kick-down, pilot-operated balanced piston hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered for ultra high-flow hydraulic systems requiring efficient pressure unloading and dependable overpressure protection under extreme operating conditions. Designed for heavy-duty mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRQ-18A series delivers stable pressure control with rapid unloading characteristics that help reduce energy consumption, heat generation, and hydraulic system stress during bypass and unloading functions. Featuring a robust T-18A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and exceptionally high flow capacities up to 760 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for large hydraulic power units, mining equipment, marine hydraulics, steel processing systems, industrial presses, heavy machinery, and high-capacity hydraulic manifolds requiring pilot-operated unloading relief functionality. 

The HAWE CRQ-18A series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 1.7 bar up to 420 bar and offers several adjustment configurations including leakproof hex socket screws, lockable handknobs, and optional stainless steel tamper-resistant covers for secure pressure tuning and reliable operation in harsh environments. Designed with balanced piston construction and low unloaded pressure characteristics, the CRQ-18A valve series helps improve hydraulic efficiency, pressure stability, and long-term system reliability in demanding fluid power applications.
