Description

The HAWE CRP-3A Relief Valve is a pilot-operated, balanced piston hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered for fast-acting and highly stable pressure control in demanding hydraulic systems. Designed for mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRP-3A series provides dependable overpressure protection while helping reduce pressure fluctuations and maintain smooth hydraulic system performance in high-flow circuits. Featuring a pilot-operated port 1 to port 2 (P to T) design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and flow capacities up to 200 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for hydraulic manifolds, mobile equipment, industrial machinery, hydraulic power units, and cross-port relief applications requiring rapid response and reliable pressure limiting.

The compact T-3A cavity design allows flexible integration into custom hydraulic systems, while multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 1.7 bar up to 420 bar provide versatility across a wide range of hydraulic applications. The HAWE CRP-3A series is available with leakproof hex socket screw adjustment, lockable handknob configurations, and optional stainless steel tamper-resistant covers for secure pressure tuning and enhanced durability in harsh environments. Designed with a fast typical response time of approximately 2 ms, low leakage performance, and the ability to accept maximum pressure at port 2 for cross-port relief applications, the CRP-3A valve series delivers precise and dependable hydraulic circuit protection.

Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or hydraulic system integration may result in uncontrolled pressure conditions, hydraulic system failure, equipment damage, serious injury, or death. When used in cross-port relief circuits, spool leakage should be considered during system design. Always verify system compatibility, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure proper pressure settings for the application, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
