The HAWE CRD-162A Relief Valve is a compact, direct-acting poppet-style hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered to provide precise overpressure protection and dependable pressure control in demanding hydraulic systems. Designed for mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRD-162A series delivers stable relief performance, low leakage, and fast response characteristics to help protect pumps, actuators, hoses, and hydraulic circuits from damaging pressure spikes and overload conditions. Featuring a T-162A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and flow capacities up to 45 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for hydraulic manifolds, cross-port relief circuits, mobile machinery, industrial equipment, and custom hydraulic power units requiring compact and reliable pressure limiting. The HAWE CRD-162A series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 3.5 bar up to 420 bar, with optional leakproof adjustment screws, stainless steel external components, and lockable handknob configurations for secure system tuning and flexible integration. Designed with dirt-tolerant operation, low leakage performance, and the ability to accept maximum pressure at port 2 for cross-port relief applications, the CRD-162A valve series provides reliable hydraulic protection in harsh operating environments. Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or system integration may result in uncontrolled pressure conditions, equipment damage, hydraulic system failure, serious injury, or death. The maximum adjustment of the screw is limited to 6 turns and should not be over-adjusted to avoid damaging internal components.
