Description
The HAWE CRD-3A Relief Valve is a compact, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered for precise low-pressure control and dependable overpressure protection in hydraulic systems. Designed for mobile and industrial fluid power applications requiring accurate low-pressure regulation, the CRD-3A series provides smooth and responsive pressure limiting while helping protect pumps, actuators, hoses, and hydraulic circuits from pressure fluctuations and overload conditions.
Featuring a T-3A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and flow capacities up to 60 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for pilot circuits, low-pressure control functions, hydraulic manifolds, lubrication systems, and specialized hydraulic applications where fine pressure adjustment is critical. The HAWE CRD-3A series offers extremely low pressure adjustment ranges from 0 to 3.5 bar and 0 to 7 bar, along with multiple adjustment configurations including leakproof hex socket screws, handknobs with aluminum locknuts, and lockable handknob options for secure tuning and flexible integration. Designed with fast typical response times and reliable spool-type operation, the CRD-3A valve series delivers stable low-pressure performance in compact hydraulic systems.
Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or hydraulic system integration may result in uncontrolled pressure conditions, equipment damage, hydraulic system failure, serious injury, or death. Always verify system compatibility, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure pressure settings are properly configured for the application, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
