Description
The HAWE CRD-10A Relief Valve is a compact, direct-acting hydraulic relief valve pilot stage engineered to deliver precise and dependable pressure control in high-performance hydraulic systems. Designed for mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CRD-10A series provides reliable overpressure protection and stable pilot-stage operation for hydraulic pumps, manifolds, directional valves, and pressure control circuits.
Featuring a T-10A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and a fast typical response time of approximately 2 ms, these hydraulic cartridge relief valves are ideal for applications requiring accurate pressure regulation, low leakage, and consistent performance in demanding operating environments. The HAWE CRD-10A series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges from 1.7 bar up to 420 bar, with several adjustment and tamper-resistant configurations including leakproof adjustment screws, stainless steel external components, lockable handknobs, and panel mount options for flexible integration into hydraulic systems. Designed with dirt-tolerant operation and low leakage characteristics, the CRD-10A valve series helps improve system reliability and hydraulic circuit protection in industrial, mobile, and custom manifold applications.
Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or hydraulic system integration may result in equipment damage, hydraulic failure, uncontrolled pressure conditions, serious injury, or death. Always verify compatibility with the intended application, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure proper pressure settings, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
