Description
The HAWE CCR-3A Relief Valve is a compact, bi-directional direct-acting hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered to provide fast, reliable overpressure protection in high-flow hydraulic systems. Designed for demanding mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CCR-3A series helps protect pumps, actuators, hoses, manifolds, and hydraulic components from damaging pressure spikes while maintaining stable and responsive system performance.
Featuring a T-3A cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), and flow capacities up to 120 L/min, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for hydraulic power units, mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and high-performance hydraulic circuits requiring dependable pressure limiting in both flow directions. The HAWE CCR-3A series offers rapid typical response times of approximately 2 ms, low leakage characteristics, dirt-tolerant operation, and multiple pressure adjustment ranges with available leakproof screw and lockable handknob adjustment options for secure field tuning and reliable operation in harsh environments.
Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or system integration may result in hydraulic system failure, uncontrolled pressure conditions, equipment damage, serious injury, or death. Always verify compatibility with the intended hydraulic system, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, ensure proper pressure settings for the application, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
